Booking terms for groups
- The option is available for a 7-day period, extending the option can be agreed on an individual basis with the hotel management
- Reservation of accommodation on the part of the hotel is binding and confirmation given once 100% of the accommodation fee (according to the invoice for advance payment) has been paid.
- The advance payment for accommodation must be paid by customers at the very latest before the validity of the option expires, otherwise reservations will be cancelled
Cancellation terms for groups
- Customers are entitled to withdraw from contract without stating reasons at any time before beginning their stay
- Withdrawal from contract can only be done in writing
- Possible cancellation fees will be subtracted as a penalty from the advance payment (paid according to the invoice)
- Cancellation fees will be charged according to the table below
